Devin Grant
Education and Sales & Marketing Director
A respected Melbourne builder, Devin has led Granted Constructions for over 14 years, delivering high-quality projects with a focus on performance and sustainability. Since becoming a Certified Passive House Tradesperson in 2015, he has completed multiple Passive House builds and was recognised with the Master Builders Victoria Best Sustainable Home Award in 2018.
Devin is passionate about raising the bar for air- and weathertightness across both residential and commercial sectors. He continues to champion Passive House principles on-site, helping shift the industry toward smarter, more sustainable construction.
Justin O’Connor
Technical & Operations Director
With over two decades in the building industry, Justin has long championed low-energy, high-performance construction. A qualified carpenter and joiner, he combines hands-on skill with deep technical knowledge – making him a trusted advisor to architects, builders, and homeowners alike.
A Certified Passive House Tradesman and former board member of the Australian Passive House Association, Justin is also an accredited airtightness tester with ATTMA. His work has earned multiple state and national building excellence awards, and he remains passionate about helping others build better through smart detailing and proven systems.
Aaron Anstis
General Manager
Aaron brings hands-on experience as a registered builder and Certified Passive House Tradesperson to his role as General Manager. With a deep commitment to sustainability, he’s passionate about improving building practices – particularly around condensation management for healthier, more durable homes.
A recent milestone in Aaron’s journey was the successful delivery of his first certified Passive House, reflecting his focus on high-performance, future-ready construction.
Juan Tobon
Warehouse Manager
With a background in Sales and Warehousing, Juan joined the Performance Membrane team in mid 2025 and has been using his skills to manage both our warehouses ensuring all orders are fulfilled in record time. Originating from Columbia, Juan brings not only his expert skills in warehousing and customer service; he brings his large sense of humor to the office with a passion for ensuring all those around him are comfortable and supported.
Outside of work you will find Juan cooking up a storm on the BBQ with friends whilst the soccer is on.
Bodin Pohlner
Customer Sales & Success Manager
Bodin brings both hands-on and technical experience as a qualified carpenter with the advantage of working with Passive Housing, this led him to creating his own Install company. Working with these products has given Bodin an advantage of firsthand experience with ProClima and high performing products which he now applies to his training sessions and professional technical advice he provides.
Bodin has a strong passion for educating people in building healthy and sustainable buildings, but when he is not onsite or in a classroom you will find him with his son and wife making memories.
Sam Park
Business Development & Sales Coordinator
Sam is a key part of the team at Performance Membranes, working closely with builders, manufacturers, and consultants across the commercial construction sector. His focus is on supporting commercial projects as well as emerging construction methods such as prefabricated and modular building, where high-performance membrane systems play a critical role in build quality and efficiency.
In his role, Sam works hands-on with clients to help specify the right membrane solutions, provide technical support, and streamline supply for projects of all sizes. He’s always happy to assist with system advice, detailing support, and on-site visits to ensure products are installed correctly and perform as intended.
Outside of work, Sam enjoys staying active, spending time on the tennis court and getting out in the surf whenever he can.
Vanessa Rhodes

With over 15 years of experience in accounting and finance for the building and construction sector, Vanessa brings sharp insight, precision, and a high-performance mindset to everything she does. Her deep understanding of industry dynamics ensures real value across all aspects of our business operations.
Outside the numbers, Vanessa wears another hat as a Clinical Nurse Consultant – and when it’s time to unwind, you’ll find her enjoying a glass of wine in her very own Certified Passive House.
Mark Rusling
Office Manager
As the Office Manager at Performance Membranes, he has ensured our operations and processes run as smoothly as possible. He was drawn to the fast-paced excitement of the home-building industry and truly values being a vital part of the journey for both our builders and clients. Whether he is streamlining workflows or navigating the daily moving parts of a project with orders, he loves knowing his work helps bring a dream home to life.
The most rewarding part of his role is the relationship-building; seeing a project cross the finish line is incredibly fulfilling. Outside of the office, he loves spending time with his daughter, spending time in the garden, or watching some sport on TV — he’s a huge fan of AFL and basketball.
Angelo Paramboukis
Key Account Manager
Bringing years of Sales experience from across the Construction Industry, Angelo spends his days on the road meeting with clients, answering questions, building trust and discussing high performance products with expertise. Having worked in many areas of Sales, from training Sales Consultants to working in the Showrooms, Angelo knows the ins and outs of the Sales and Construction Industry, applying this to his everyday role.
Recently becoming a Grandfather, he is enjoying the milestones he is present for when he is not on the road or in the office and all the cuddles that come with this.
