TESCON EXTORA® is a UV stabilised, multi-purpose tape which forms an essential part of your weather resistive barrier (WRB) system. Made from polypropylene with acrylate, it has excellent workability and adhesion for optimal resistance to driving rain at junctions in your WRB layer.

TESCON EXTOSEAL® is a UV stabilised sill flashing tape made from butyl rubber modified with acrylate. It is malleable and easily workable into difficult to seal corners and junctions for optimal resistance to driving rain at window openings.

TESCON® VANA airtight sealing tape is an essential component of all air barrier systems. It is compatible with membranes, underlays as well as timber products, fibre cement, concrete & masonry. TESCON® VANA is airtight and vapour permeable. It is flexible, easy to cut, and has a simple-to-remove release paper, ensuring maximum productivity during installation. TESCON® VANA provides an airtight adhesive seal to the substrate, forming excellent seals under all application conditions.

TESCON® PROFIL is specially designed for a secure and permanent airtight seal of junctions between INTELLO® intelligent air barrier and window and door joinery. TESCON® PROFIL corner sealing tape is a valuable component of all air barrier systems. It is compatible with all membranes, underlays as well as rigid sheathings, rigid wall underlays and rigid air barriers (RAB). TESCON® PROFIL is airtight and vapour permeable. It is flexible, easy to cut, and has a simpleto-remove release paper, ensuring maximum productivity.

CONTEGA® IQ makes airtight connections around windows and doors to the interior air barrier. It is a highly flexible, humidity-variable adhesive strip. Multiple adhesive strips allow flexible installation options for masonry or timber frame construction. The tape has slack for expansion to allow for relative motion between components providing a durable seal. CONTEGA® IQ can be plastered or rendered over on the fleece side making excellent integration into surfaces that will be plastered.

CONTEGA® PV is an interior connection strip designed to create airtight junctions between plastered or rendered surfaces and adjoining or penetrating structural elements. It is an essential product for transitions between masonry assemblies and common building elements. Suitable to connect interior masonry reveals to window and door joinery; penetrations by beams, columns and joists in masonry; and transitions from INTELLO® PLUS to masonry construction. The mesh can be embedded into render and the fleece may be plastered or rendered over for a complete durable air barrier system.

INSTAABOX allows airtight installation of light switches and power points for wall systems without a service cavity. It is attached and sealed so that it is airtight to the intelligent airtightness barrier INTELLO®. It complies with the requirements of DIN 4108-7, SIA 180 and OENORM B 8110-2.

ORCON® CLASSIC is a durable airtight sealing glue suitable for bonding all pro clima products to any building material; smooth or rough, masonry or timber. It is fast drying and performs even in extreme humidity or damp conditions.

DUPLEX is an all-purpose double sided tape, ideal for permanent bonding of overlaps and end laps of weather resistive barrier (WRB) membranes. It is also suitable for temporary fixing of SOLITEX EXTASANA®, SOLITEX MENTO®, INTELLO® air barrier membranes and other WRB membranes to steel structures, prior to mechanical fastening. It is flexible, easy to cut, and has a simple to remove release paper, ensuring maximum productivity during installation. DUPLEX is re-enforced with a scrim allowing it to remain thin, avoiding thick layered material build ups while still providing easy application.

TESCON® PRIMER RP is applied to porous substrates to prepare the surface for optimum adhesion of TESCON® VANA, TESCON® PROFIL, TESCON EXTORA®, TESCON EXTORA® PROFIL & TESCON EXTOSEAL®. Use TESCON® PRIMER RP to prime substrates such as timber flooring, masonry, fibre cement, plywood, oriented strand board (OSB), and other porous or friable surfaces prior to application of pro clima tapes. This product is designed to enhance adhesion to porous substrates and allow for a highly durable airtight seal and is suitable for bonding all pro clima tape products to any porous or friable building material.

KAFLEX mono/duo are airtight and weathertight sealing grommets made of strong and flexible EPDM with an integrated adhesive flange. KAFLEX is a beneficial component of all air barrier and weather resistive barrier systems. It is compatible with membranes, underlays as well as rigid sheathings, rigid wall underlays and rigid air barriers (RAB). Strong, flexible, UV stable up to 180 days, with integrated adhesive, and simple-to-remove release paper, ensures maximum productivity during installation. KAFLEX provides an airtight and watertight adhesive seal to the substrate and pressure seal around the cable, for excellent seals under all conditions. Cables and pipes can be pulled and pushed without damaging the airtightness layer.

KAFLEX post provides quick, permanently secure sealing of installed cables and conduits up to 20 mm in the interior airtightness layer. KAFLEX post is diffusion open and provides airtight sealing in accordance with DIN 4108, SIA 180 and OENORM B8110-2.

Cables and pipes can be pulled and pushed without damaging the airtightness layer.
